- Avoid heavy lifting for few days (not exceeding 15 kilos weight).
- Taking a bath within three days should be avoided.
- Avoid cold drinking water and intake of vinegar within three days only.
- Avoid alcohol beverage within three days only.
- Avoid the use of air-conditioner and electric fans or entering inside a mall or an air-conditioned building.
- Avoid setting in awkward positions ( e.g. crossed legs, improper and poor sitting posture habits.)
- Avoid bending over to the side and no turning of the hips with both feet on the floor.
- Avoid sleeping on your side for several days.
- Avoid prolonged sitting in bad posture, and in a bad chair.
- Avoid prolonged sitting on long distance travels.
UNHEALTHY EATING, DRINKING HABITS AND VICES THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED ESPICIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC DISEASES
- Avoid eating unhealthy food such as junk foods, sprayed fruits and vegetables with pesticides.
- Minimize eating dairy product and fast food.
- Avoid eating processed and canned foods. Salted pickle, frozen, bleached or refined food, coffee, black tea, tobacco.
- Avoid heavy drink of alcohol or beverage.
- Avoid pain reliever and drugs.
- Minimize eating meat food.
- Excessive use of preservatives in canned and bottled fruit and food product should be avoided.
- Avoid ice cream and any food or drink straight from the fridge, as the cold impairs the ability of the spleen and stomach functions.
- Cut down on dairy products, particularly if you suffer from cataract, chestiness or allergies.
- Avoid fresh or cold air current directly to the head and body while in travel and most likely after a hot bath.
- Avoid the use of air-condition or electric fan.
