UNHEALTHY EATING, DRINKING HABITS AND VICES THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED ESPICIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC DISEASES

  • Avoid eating unhealthy food such as junk foods, sprayed fruits and vegetables with pesticides.
  • Minimize eating dairy product and fast food.
  • Avoid eating processed and canned foods. Salted pickle, frozen, bleached or refined food, coffee, black tea, tobacco.
  • Avoid heavy drink of alcohol or beverage.
  • Avoid pain reliever and drugs.
  • Minimize eating meat food.
  • Excessive use of preservatives in canned and bottled fruit and food product should be avoided.
  • Avoid ice cream and any food or drink straight from the fridge, as the cold impairs the ability of the spleen and stomach functions.
  • Cut down on dairy products, particularly if you suffer from cataract, chestiness or allergies.
  • Avoid fresh or cold air current directly to the head and body while in travel and most likely after a hot bath.
  • Avoid the use of air-condition or electric fan.
